We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Aide, Preschool Assistant Teachers, Lead Montessori Teachers, Elementary Lead Teachers, and Elementary Assistant teachers to join our team.

*Aide / Assistant Teacher Duties include:*
- Assist the Lead teachers in implementing Montessori classroom curriculum
- Guide students to develop independence, positive behavior, and self-confidence
- Assist in daily activities including supervision, creating a prepared environment, engaging children through work and play

* 6 completed Early Childhood Education units and currently enrolled to complete 6 additional units OR
* Early Childhood Certificate OR
* ROP Early Childhood Certificate
* Classroom supervision experience
* DOJ, FBI Livescan clearance

*MONTESSORI TEACHERS*
*Lead Teacher Duties include:*
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Montessori curriculum and promote learning through work and play
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining records
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate activities and events
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create an organized and structured learning environment
*Lead Teacher Experience*:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
-Montessori Teaching Credential
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Skills:
- Special education knowledge or experience working with children with special needs
- Experience in behavior management techniques
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized learning environment
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
