Personal Training Counselor

Responsibilities: - Design personalized fitness programs based on individual client needs and goals - Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention - Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey - Monitor client progress and make adjustments to training programs as needed - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients - Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a supportive and inclusive training environment - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and research in fitness and exercise science Requirements: - Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and physical education principles - Proven experience in personal training, group fitness, or sports coaching - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels - Sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients - Ability to design effective and safe exercise programs for diverse populations - Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
