Preschool Teacher or Infant Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool-aged children or Infant/Toddlers
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials and supplies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding to meet the diverse needs of young learners
- Creativity and resourcefulness to engage children in stimulating educational activities
- Ability to manage a classroom environment while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
