二、岗位职责:
\* 线上授课
\* 根据教材内容设计教案, 备课、授课、参与教研活动
\* 给学生提供学习资料,帮助学生加深理解在学校学习的知识
\* 针对学生出现的问题答疑解惑
Responsibilities and Duties:
\* Conduct online Zoom tutorial (Live) with well-prepared course plans including clear learning objectives, course materials, suitable learning modules, etc.
\* Work with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom.
\* Interact intensively with students for Q&A, enhancing their understanding of course materials.
\* Collaborate with students and school administrators to determine student needs, identify the area of improvements, develop teaching plans, and assess students’ progress.
\* Provide students with positive and constructive feedback.

\* 具备教育背景,本科及以上学位, 在校成绩优异者优先
\* 背景优先，
\* 归纳综合能力好, 口才好, 讲课富有激情, 能够独立完成备课和教学
\* 有较强的主动学习能力和抗压能力
\* 中英文流畅
