\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young learners, focusing on early childhood development and literacy education.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Provide care and support for toddlers, including assisting with daily routines and activities - Support students with diverse needs, including those with autism spectrum disorder - Assist in maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment - Engage children in educational and play activities to promote learning and social development \*\*Experience:\*\* The ideal candidate should possess: - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or classroom setting - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
