Minimum Qualifications:
Any Bachelors degree or higher AND two years of professional experience directly related to the facultys teaching assignment
OR Any Associate degree AND six years of professional experience directly related to the faculty members teaching assignment
OR Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area

Desirable Qualifications:
Recent community college or lower division teaching experience.
Expertise in field of course(s) to be taught.
Masters in ASL or Deaf Studies or closely related subject preferred.
Native-like signing skills.
Experience designing and teaching curricula responsive to the needs of historically underrepresented and/or marginalized students.
Working Conditions:
Salary Range: Salary Range: $1286.
03 - $1411.
29 per lecture unit rate, $1286.
03 - $1411.
29 per lab parity unit rate, $1028.
85 - $1128.
97 per lab unit rate
