*Job Description*
TGA Huntington Beach is currently looking for part-time coaches in the North OC area.
No specific golf certifications required (would simply be a plus), just a desire to positively impact children through golf (we train on our differentiated methods).
We are in need of coaches for our _After School Introductory / Enrichment classes_.
These are used to *teach the basics and fundamentals of golf to kids ages 5-10!*
*What we look for in a candidate:*
* Must be enthusiastic and love working with and teaching children (requirement)
* Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid alongside the students
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to self-manage and be on time and be committed to the schedule given
* Experience working with, teaching, and/or coaching children
* Must be able carry and set up equipment (20-50lbs)
* Passion for physical fitness, children, and sports
* Previous Golf instruction experience is welcome but not necessarily required - just a passion for sports in general; TGA provides on the job curriculum training if needed.
*Typical Hours:*
* 60-90 minute classes/lessons ranging between 2:30pm and 6pm weekdays
