Help students develop confidence and become an enrichment coach.
Coaches will be provided weekly lesson plans and guidance/mentorship.
Coaches need to have a passion for teaching and a desire to watch students grow.
Classes are activity based with games designed to build communication skills and strengthen confidence.
We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptive instructors who enjoy working with elementary-age and/or middle school age students.
*We are actively looking to hire enrichment instructors to teach the following programs: (Strategic Kid provides lesson plans, materials and supplies, in-field training, and opportunities for raises and bonuses)*
*Chess, lego, origami, magic, cartooning, and outdoor games/sports.
*
*EXPERIENCE*:
Applicants must have experience working with children (1 year required).
If you are interested in teaching but have no prior experience, we encourage you to still apply.
We offer training!
*WORK HOURS:*
Monday-Friday
Hours may vary any time between 1 pm to 6 pm.
*WORK LOCATIONS:*
This position requires traveling to school sites.
Our school locations we're currently hiring for are located in San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Newport Beach, and Irvine.
*HOURLY RATE:*
$23.
00/hour.
We offer competitive pay! There are always opportunities for raises and bonuses as an enrichment instructor.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
Applicants must do live scan fingerprinting (paid by Strategic Kids) and be cleared before working.
