Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cheerleading Coach to join our team.
As a Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and training cheerleaders of all ages and skill levels.
Your role will involve teaching dance routines, stunts, jumps, and tumbling, as well as promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cheerleading training programs for different age groups
- Teach cheer routines, stunts, jumps, and cheers
- Provide guidance and support to cheerleaders during practices and performances
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes among the cheerleading squad
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper techniques and spotting during stunts
- Assist with cheerleading events and performances
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding practice schedules, events, and progress updates
Experience:
- Previous experience in cheerleading and/or gymnastics coaching is preferred.
- Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity
- Knowledge of various cheerleading techniques, stunts, jumps, and tumble skills
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies for maintaining discipline during practices and performances
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate cheerleaders
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles
Note: This is a paid position.
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.
00 - $35.
00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
