Youth Sports Coach (Multi: Soccer, Basketball, Flag F)|After School Program

N Zone Sports of America, the nation's premier youth sports organization, is seeking an experienced, passionate sports enthusiast who loves working with elementary-aged boys and girls.
This after-school weekday multi-sport program (soccer, basketball, flag football) is approximately a 3.
5-4 hour session each day.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to the development of youth boys and girls at a wide spectrum of skill levels.
The Coordinator/Coach responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * *Participate in developing and implementing skills curriculum for grades TK-5th grade.
* * *Communicating professionally and respectfully with staff, students, and parents.
* * *Ensure the quality of instruction is efficient and punctual.
* * *Assess multi-sport activities and work with the Area Director for continued improvement.
* * *Determining age-appropriate drills while using creativity to engage higher-skilled players.
* * *Teaching fundamentals of multiple sports in a patient manner where students can feel comfortable.
* * *Organizing intramural scrimmage contests.
* * *Setting up and break down equipment.
* * *Ensuring that the kids have a ton of fun!* Requirements: * *Competitive experience or coaching experience is required.
* * *Strong communication speaking skills.
* * *A desire to continually improve the quality of the program.
* * *Very passionate about skill development.
* * *Professional in appearance and conduct.
* *This is an hourly paid position of $25 per hour with the opportunity for a pay increase over time.
The position requires availability from 1:30pm-5:30pm Monday-Thursday.
