*TEACHER AIDE JOB DESCRIPTION*
Strategic Kids K-12 Teacher Aides take direction from a Special Education Classroom Teacher or General Education Teacher to help elementary, middle, or high school special needs students with autism, learning disabilities, behavioral issues, or other health impairments during the school day.
Schools are located in cities from Mission Viejo to Aliso Viejo and San Juan Capistrano to San Clemente.
*WORK SCHEDULE OPTIONS*
✓ Monday to Friday
✓ 5 to 7 hours per day
✓ 3 to 5 days per week
✓ Anytime from 7:30 a.
m.
to 4:00 p.
m.
✓ On-Call M-F Subs are in high demand!
*EXPERIENCE*
Teacher Aide applicants must enjoy being around children and have experience working or volunteering with children, such as babysitting or helping in classrooms.
*CHARACTER TRAITS*
Strategic Kids hires staff that are positive, joyful, flexible, responsible, on-time, and willing to drive to any assigned school site.
*REQUIREMENTS*
> 18 years old or older
> Speak English
> Have an updated driver's license and your own vehicle (car) to drive to assigned school(s)
> Live within 15 miles from assigned school(s) in Orange County
> Pass Live Scan Fingerprints through Dept.
of Justice (paid for by Strategic Kids)
