We are hiring a full-time onsite Admissions Representative.
*Job Description:*
As an Admissions Representative, you will be a crucial member of our admissions team with the following responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for prospective students throughout the admissions process, including providing information about programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
* Work with our Business Development Specialist to create outreach opportunities for prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and department visits, to generate interest and foster engagement.
* Guide prospective students through the application process, assisting with the submission of required documents, transcripts, and other application materials.
* Review applications for admission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university policies and requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and update the admissions in-house CRM with relevant information.
* Stay informed about university programs, policies, and updates to effectively communicate with prospective students and address their inquiries.
* Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with prospective students and fellow employees.
*Qualifications:*
* Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience will be considered.
* Regular and reliable attendance as well as punctuality.
* Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (2-3 years).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective students.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
* Computer knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
This position is NOT remote.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.
