need help finding cheap good cars and advice on how to flip them (Anaheim)

I’m currently searching for a vehicle right now but only have 7k.
I was thinking of maybe waiting to find a good deal and sell it for more and so on until I can afford a new vehicle which would be a dream come true.
I’ve discovered most cars( Atleast on Facebook) are shady buys.
I can look up get any cars entire vin history and have came across many roll backs and been lied to many times.
At the moment I am hurting for money so am thinking about flipping cars but I don’t know where to start.
I found free auctions but don’t know the first thing about them.
I want to get into the business too because there’s so many shady sellers out there, I would love to help people by finding reliable cars and selling them for reasonable prices.
