Seeking an Experience Breach of Contract Attorney (Orange County)

Hello, Does anybody know of a good contingency attorney? I am currently in search of a highly capable and experienced general practice neighborhood lawyer who operates out of his private home or a modest business location.
The ideal lawyer I'm looking for should handle a wide range of legal issues and possess extensive knowledge of breach of contract law.
I like to build a strong relationship with a small solo practicing lawyer who handles diverse legal areas of law because I usually have several cases and work better with a smaller firm.
most of my cases involve insurance, real estate, and construction defect laws and 100% settle out of court.
Unfortunately, my attorney with whom I have had a working relationship for more than a decade was recently diagnosed with terminal medical conditions and will not be returning to work anymore—a grievous and unexpected turn of events.
In light of this unfortunate situation, it is imperative that I begin working with a new attorney as soon as possible.
