ABANDONED PUPPY PLEASE HELP (Lakeland Village)

I watched this puppy's Mom leave and abandon this puppy.
I found the Mom after an hour.
But she didn't want anything to do with her.
It was heartbreaking to watch.
I would so love to keep her, but I'm not in a position to provide all the things she deserves.
And taking hear to The Animal Shelter is not an option.
So if anyone out there can give her a loving, safe, Forever home please let me know.
