Treatment encompasses modalities such Swedish/Deep tissue massage to prepare the muscles which is followed by therapeutic works with MET (Muscle Energy Techniques), STM (Soft Tissue Manipulation) such as myofascia release and transverse friction to normalize the muscles.
Myofascial pain is addressed with trigger point therapy.
