I specialize in a wide variety of disciplines including weight loss, functional training, sport-specific training, weight training, circuit training, yoga, and boxing and kickboxing.
During my tenure as a private fitness specialist, I have been afforded the opportunity to work one-on-one with people from all backgrounds and professional and social strata, including athletes, celebrities, models, and countless others that demand a high level of specialized expertise and a results-oriented approach to diet and exercise.
No matter what your fitness goals are, I will create a workout plan tailored to your needs that ensures that all of your goals are met in a minimum amount of time.
I train all clients on-site, which means that I provide all equipment and come to you—whether that be in-home, or outdoors at a local park or beach.
All sessions are one hour long at $125 per session.
This includes weekly nutritional counseling, which is the cornerstone of my program.
I advocate a living plant foods (raw vegan) diet in order to maximize your level of health, fitness, and overall well-being.
In addition to this, I offer a complete weekly meal prep catering service with a nutritionist and plant-based chef at $250 per week.
