Family Law Associate AttorneySeastrom Tuttle & Murphy, a leading family law firm based in Irvine, California, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our esteemed team.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a practice that is committed to providing superior service and expert representation in complex family law cases.
As a Family Law Associate Attorney, your role will encompass comprehensive case workup, negotiation, and the lead in litigation.
You should have a demonstrated high degree of competence and skill in family law case management, law and motion practice, evidence issues, client management, and trial and hearing experience.
Familiarity with accounting principles is essential in this role.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney in family law cases
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
Benefits:
- Starting salary will depend on experience with target total compensation including bonus of $200,000 to $300,000 per year
