Smith Smith & Feeley LLP, an AV-rated firm located in Newport Beach, is seeking a civil litigator or insurance coverage attorney to join our team.
We specialize in property and liability insurance law and primarily represent insurers in insurance disputes.
The position requires excellent legal analysis, research, and writing skills for coverage opinions and summary judgment motions.
If desired, there’s also an opportunity to manage state and federal cases.
A background in insurance law, civil litigation, or insurance defense work is helpful but not required.
The position is full-time, with the potential for a hybrid or remote work schedule.
