We would like a minimum of 1 year of workers' compensation experience in this particular law field.
The candidate(s) will be assisting and helping Case Manager(s) on daily activities, including but not limited to speaking with clients, assigning Doctors to new clients, filing documents and scanning.
Must have great customer service and be able to multi task.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Workers’ compensation experience is strongly encouraged.
Will promote within the firm.
Qualifications - Legal administrative experience with a focus on workers compensation cases - Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents related to workers compensation law and having the ability to properly format documents.
- Ability to manage legal projects effectively, via Tasks created by the Attorney and Case Manager assigned.
- Ability to assist with client communication in Spanish by obtaining and relaying information.
- Familiarity with Merus Case for document management and organization would be helpful, but not needed as we can train you with this database program we utilize.
- Paralegal experience and understanding of legal procedures in workers compensation cases - Strong organizational skills for managing tasks, data entry, and filing related to workers compensation cases - Previous clerical and administrative experience, including phone etiquette and handling confidential information Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
