We are looking for an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our team!
We are a Small south Orange County business litigation firm looking to fill a litigation attorney position as soon as possible.
The position is for an attorney: :
* with at least 7 years of experience in California business litigation (employment law, contract actions, unfair competition, real estate), however the position will entail various areas of law, which will require you to quickly learn and adapt.
Trial prep and trial experience would be required.
* who will be required to handle numerous types and sizes of matters, both full case management and on a project basis working with other members of the firm.
* who expects to participate in file management, interacting with clients and opposing parties/counsel, research, discovery, law and motion, and courtroom appearances including trial.
Applicants should have experience in these areas.
In addition to practical experience, the necessary job qualifications are:
* legal research and writing skills,
* ability to strategize the handling of a case from both a legal and economic perspective
* self-motivation.
Compensation is based upon experience and qualifications.
