Position: Document Specialist
Reports To: Customer Success Manager
Location: Chino Hills, CA
Position Summary (Purpose and Function):
Responsible for checking the accuracy and rules for each assignment to make sure orders are in a format that is accepted by the specified jurisdiction and processed according to service level agreements.
Responsible for answering customer queries in a time-efficient manner and providing detailed information related to pricing, delivery, services, and product offerings.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify the accuracy and completeness of legal documents
Carefully monitor and effectively manage orders from receipt to completion
Obtain and maintain timely status updates for all open orders
Manage incoming and outgoing phone/email communication with customers and vendors
Accurately bill and close all order types
Prepare or obtain deliverables for customers
Return deliverables to customers in a timely manner
Support and cultivate the company's culture, vision, mission, and values
Advise and instruct vendors on best practices for completing orders
Extensive training will be provided.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in the Legal, technology, or professional services industry experience preferred.
