Key Responsibilities:
Supporting attorneys in preparing legal documents such as Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions, showcasing seasoned proficiency.
Managing and facilitating Discovery processes, utilizing extensive experience to efficiently gather and organize critical case information.
Engaging with clients, providing updates on case progress, and gathering essential details for comprehensive case management.
Assisting in coordinating and preparing for hearings and trials, contributing expertise to successful case outcomes.
Mentoring and guiding junior paralegals, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of proven experience as a Family Paralegal, with a strong foundation in Family Law procedures and documentation.
Proficiency in legal research and case management software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in work.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
