Boat is in running condition but still an old boat that will need some work before being Catalina ready.
This was going to be a long term working project for us but we need to sale to free up our slip.
Slips are is not AVAILABLE in Dana Point.
Boat was fully functional summer 2022 and simply sat unused for lack of time.
Both engines have new raw water pumps, oil/filters, and just had the carbs cleaned.
Motors have ~400 hours on them and have plenty of life in them.
The bilge is dry(other than rain water) and the boats an all around solid boat.
There's been a ton of upgrades to this boat over the years with a weeks worth of work you can have a really nice fishing boat for a fraction of the cost(deck is due for some paint, both helms could use new steering cable(stiff), carb/timing adjustment, and a little cosmetic work).
This use to be a documented vessel which we removed from the US Coast Guard and register it with the CA DMV.
We just paid the registration current and had new CF numbers issued(just haven't put the stickers on the side of the boat yet) Easily a $35k+ boat.
