We have a welcome space to call your own.
It is a large sunny room (13 x 14) and part of the master suite.
It's currently occupied, and we do not have recent photos.
(The one photo of the room is a prior move out).
The biggest downside is it doesn’t have a closet, but we did set up shelves and hanging rods and can modify as needed.
It is not available to view until the current roomie moves out (they are experiencing difficulties) but we are happy to show you the rest of the apartment, the surrounding property, and our bedroom, which is very similar.
You would share the generous master bathroom with a male roomie.
We have two refrigerators, a great pantry situation, laundry, a balcony with hummingbird visitors, off street parking and a deck out back.
The whole place is about 1900 square feet.
It's about 7 minutes down the hill to the beach, and ten minutes back up.
(Steep hill).
We are a married couple (boomer and gen x) and a single millennial.
We have a housekeeper who comes once a month
at a cost of $40 to you, plus 32% of utilities that run about $85 to $100 per month.
This is not a sublet, you'll be on the lease.
You'll have to apply and pass a background check ($50) at the property.
It's the Beach House Apartments.
You can google the amenities (pool, gym, etc.
) We can vouch for having nice neighbors who will vouch for us being good neighbors.
We can also provide references from prior roommates.
