The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities through the use of our CRM tools and proven acquisition methods.
*Key Responsibilities:* *Utilize CRM Tools:* * Effectively leverage CRM tools to manage and organize property data, leads, and communications.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for streamlined decision-making.
*Basic to Comprehensive Underwriting:* * Analyze potential opportunities * Extract usful property data *Property Identification:* * Implement proven methods to identify and evaluate potential investment properties.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about emerging opportunities.
*Due Diligence:* * Conduct comprehensive due diligence on identified properties, considering factors such as condition, location, and market value.
* Present findings and recommendations to the acquisition team for informed decision-making.
*Team Collaboration:* * Collaborate with other team members, including analysts and technology specialists, to optimize acquisition processes.
* Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategy and share insights.
*Qualifications:* * minimal experience in real estate acquisition or a related field- _proven experience highly recommended.
