*Position Overview:*
The Referral Relations Manager/Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals seeking treatment are provided with the best possible care options, even if our programs aren't the right fit.
Working out of our Need Treatment Now Call Center, this role will liaise between call center representatives, external treatment programs, and other healthcare providers to find the best placement solutions based on various criteria, including insurance compatibility and clinical assessments.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Referral Management:
Collaborate with call center representatives to understand the needs and criteria of callers seeking treatment.
Utilize our database and external resources to find the most suitable treatment program placements for callers outside our network.
Ensure smooth transition and communication between the caller and the referred treatment center.
*Business Development:*
Identify, initiate, and cultivate new partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to drive referrals to our treatment centers.
Maintain and nurture existing relationships, ensuring mutual satisfaction and exploring avenues for collaboration.
Attend conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and establish contacts.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze referral trends to identify opportunities for partnership expansion and service enhancement.
Provide regular updates on referral metrics, challenges faced, and success stories to the leadership team.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in business development or referral relations in the healthcare sector, preferably substance abuse and mental health.
Strong network within the healthcare industry is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
