About the Role:
OSL has partnered with the FCC Lifeline program via Safelink providing free wireless phones with service to low-income individuals and families.
We are seeking Outside Wireless Sales Agents who have the drive to be a self-starter with a passion for success, possess great people skills, and a willingness to learn.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing sales organization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for directly engaging with members of the community qualifying them for a free wireless phone with service
Qualify individuals and families for the Lifeline program by completing an application to view eligibility
Activate and distribute free phone once they have successfully passed the qualification process.
Identify key locations to set-up and market our Lifeline program, otherwise be provided with locations from our leadership team
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation to transport equipment (table, collapsible canopy, chair and devices)
Must be comfortable working outdoors
Must be comfortable lifting up to 45lbs with set up and take down equipment
Must be comfortable with standing or walking for up to an hour at a time
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Previous wireless or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
Base Pay starting at $15.
50/hour and increases up to $35.
00/hour based on meeting tiered sales performance goals
Location:
Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties
