We are seeking an experienced *Facebook Marketing Team Lead *to lead our rapidly expanding paid search team.
This role requires strategic thinking, effective leadership, and a deep understanding of paid search and optimization strategies in an agency setting.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental processes and best practices.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, including experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful campaigns for a variety of industries and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
