*What you need to know before applying (Realistic Expectations):*
* This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone ALOT.
* You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard.
We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
* You will go through a training program before taking live leads.
* The role is HOURLY+ COMMISSION.
On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $60,000.

Experience sales reps will range from 60K+, 100k+, or even 200k+.

*Description of Role (Inside Sales):*
* Conduct inbound and outbound calls, understanding clients' tax challenges.
* Present the benefits of our tax relief services.
* Generate new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.
* Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Contribute to the growth and success of our team.
*Skills and Requirements:*
* Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
*Training*:
* One-on-one training with ongoing development opportunities.
* Support from managers and team leaders for your success.
*Compensation:*
