Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing deals.
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Present current or new products to prospective clients; Negotiate contracts and keep records of sales.
Liasion between departments making sure client ideas, information, and needs are effectively communicated and deadlines are met.
Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs; responding promptly to calls and emails.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and preservation of the company’s reputation.
Demonstrate personal ownership for tasks and follow-through.
Attend trade shows or arrange promotional events.
Perform routine administrative functions including word processing correspondence, memos, and reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Proficient in Windows Office (particularly Office and Excel).
Excellent Telephone conversation skills.
Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
Terrific communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to read, write, and speak Korean.
