Best Buy Insurance is looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Insurance Agent to join our growing team.
The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing insurance coverage to potential customers and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for closing deals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Must be driven to make big commission checks! If you're looking for hourly pay, this job isn't for you.
*Essential Job Functions:*
*Provide insurance coverage to potential customers*
* Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and applications
* Answer calls and handle potential customer concerns in a professional manner
* Identify customers’ needs and recommend products and services that meet their needs
* Explain products and services to customers in a clear and concise way
* Take the extra mile to engage customers
* Manage customer expectations by exceeding or exceeding expectations
* Monitor customer accounts for accuracy and completeness
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management
*Skills & Requirements:*
*Proven work experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience is preferred.
However, we are willing to train the right person with the right skills.
Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

* Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with emphasis on Word and Excel.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.
00 - $120,000.
