How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Report to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will partner with our Regional marketing teams, media and omni-channel teams to build a new and innovative media strategy, portfolio and execution plan that will unlock our brand growth and bring new consumers into the brand.
You will develop globally aligned media plans to protect brand elevation, new consumer aquistion and pull.
Manage our Global Media agency and accelerate performance and results across performance marketing and brand media buy.
Your leadership will help unlock innovation in brand media and brand communications strategies to drive new media concepts that impact social conversations globally.
Partner with Head of Digital and regional media teams to and unlock performance drive media strategy including ecomm and membership strategies + executions.
You will build globally aligned membership strategies that drive engagement and retention through member-inspired content, member-right product and community activations.
You will help accelerate the capabilities in metrics and data gathering that will enable our membership model.
The elevated performance marketing model that you help build will be driven by data gathering and always on testing and content adaptation.
Your team will be building and executing the global social media channels, across social and gamified universes.
You and your team will help build channel specific strategies, partnerships and content.

Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to oversee all global media and channel marketing.

Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 10+ years Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know: 8+ years of Executive Level experience Multi-channel marketing experience, media (both performance and brand media), digital + social media, communications, and industry-specific go-to-market experience Data driven and consumer insights driven marketing and modeling.
At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
Cultural connectivity and organic connection to art, music, action sports and/or street culture a big plus.
