Status Exempt Summary Under the direction of the Sr.
Sales Planning & Analysis Manager, the Sales Planning Administrator will coordinate the development and distribution of timely and relevant sales reports and analytical tools to provide an understanding of KUS sales performance by model, series, and market.
This includes effective use of business intelligence resources and consolidating inputs from Sales Operations, Distribution and Regional Offices.
The position manages the development and improvement of Sales Dashboards and SAP reporting with AutoEver and other departments, and provides ad hoc reports and supports executive and KHQ presentations as needed.
To be successful, the Sales Planning Administrator must be familiar with automotive industry data, including vehicle sales and inventory data, and must be highly capable of collect, screen, organize, and analyze the data effectively and efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
This is a key support position that will ensure a timely and accurate sales reporting for KMA executive management.
Major Responsibilities 1st Priority - 25% Coordinate development and distribution to Regions and KUS Management of monthly sales reports and analysis tools for understanding sales performance by model at the National, Regional, Market and Dealer levels.
Maintain all KUS sales history and industry sales database.
2nd Priority - 25% Develop and distribute the daily sales reports.
Be the liaison between National, Regions, and IT to consolidate and organize forecast and sales data inputs Manage the distribution of weekly and daily reports,forecasts, Applications Tracking Reports 3rd Priority - 20% Manage the development and improvement of Sales Dashboards and SAP reporting with AutoEver and other departments.
4th Priority - 15% Support the development and distribution of Dealer sales objectives, and sales trackers which determine dealer cash earnings.
5th Priority - 15% Provide support for ad hoc reports, analyses and management presentations as required.
Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Overall Experience 5-8 professional years’ experience in a corporate environment.
Directly Related Experience Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Skills MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sharepoint is a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to create various reports and prepare presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MicroStrategy and other industry data query tools (such as JDPA PIN and S&P Global) is preferred.
