Printing and Direct Mail Senior Account Manager

*Sr.
Account Manager* *POSITION SUMMARY* Partners with the sales team to provide assigned and overflow clients with excellent service and information in terms of quality and project turnaround time.
The Sr.
Account Manager will act as the liaison between Dot Direct and the client for the entire life cycle of the client's project.
Work with support team members to assure internal and external client expectations are met with excellent customer service.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * * Coordinate and manage the client projects from start to finish.
* Gain a complete understanding of a direct mail workflow so that instructions can be written up and provided to the various departments.
* Communicate daily with the client to provide feedback on project progress & processes.
* Communicate daily with internal departments to keep all departments updated with the schedule and progress of the project.
This includes the write-up of data processing and production instructions.
* Communicate daily with assigned team to assure jobs are being completed.
o Assign inventory item numbers and manage inventory reporting with our clients.
* Perform quality checks during the production process of the job to ensure client satisfaction with the quality of the project *QUALIFICATIONS * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
