- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media studies or film/TV production.
- 1 year of experience doing customer outreach or booking characters for documentary, true crime, reality or other types of narrative-based programming.
- Basic knowledge of DAM systems, data entry, cataloguing and best practices.
- Comfortable tackling a large volume of small tasks simultaneously while staying organized, in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Assist the Ring Marketing Team in acquiring User Generated Content (UGC).
* Conduct customer outreach, legal clearance and content management in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
* Contact customers via email to get legal permission to use their clip.
* Gather customer testimony regarding the backstory and Ring’s features to tell Ring Marketing stories.
* Confirm content meets internal legal counsel’s standards on matters of releases and licensing.
* Develop deep and detailed knowledge of Ring’s UGC library.
* Fulfill asset requests from the creative and production teams by clearing the most relevant user generated video content and narratives that fit the creative direction of specific projects as assigned.
* Coordinate UGC based projects from conception to completion through stages of production and post-production.
* Identify interesting UGC trends and themes and keep track of them for use later.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks in relation to the sourcing, development, and production of narrative-driven content.

- Experience working on marketing and branded projects at an in-house marketing team, a creative agency or a production company, or in a comparable creative production environment.
- Strong sense of what makes a great story.
- Experience with video and multimedia storytelling, familiarity with various digital video and multimedia genres and platforms.
- Highly creative, organized, thorough, meticulous, detail oriented, patient.
- Confident, polite, courteous and upbeat written and verbal communicator.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Mac OS and Google Docs and Sheets.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $61,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
