We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue, and foster strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental solutions revenue targets.
Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Training and Development: Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges.
Monitor sales performance metrics.
Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
