MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES
Responsible for driving direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives designed to increase global consumer awareness and product adoption.
The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for :
• Own social influencer programs - including using various software tools to validate, presenting selections to STAAR Consumer Team for approval, coordinating consultation appointments with STAAR Practice Development team, creating and approving content plan, analyzing campaign performance and presenting results
• Manage EVO ICL consumer social presence - work with internal and external resources to leverage our influencer creative assets/videos, Youtube videos to capture consumers in consideration phase.
Manage increased community management needs (answering comments, responding to DMs, etc) resulting from celeb and influencer campaigns
• Email marketing - work with internal and external resources to expand email marketing automation to drive increased conversion and consultation appointment scheduling
• Maintain Digital Team master project tracker and calendar: Setting and tracking priorities for digital marketing projects in progress, including assigning and owning deadlines
• Content Coordination - coordinate video project elements including tracking script edits, acquiring approvals, and relaying Digital Team leader feedback.
Coordinate doc finder content updates and other website updates as needed.
Coordinate content library management and organizing, sending assets to media teams, etc
• Assist in regional website rollouts, various content updates, social media updates, and other tasks to support Digital Consumer Marketing initiatives
• Able to travel up to 20%, including international travel.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of global digital marketing experience is required and experience of working in a consumer product digital role/agency leader.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the rapidly developing areas of social networking and social media and localize based on best tailored plan to convert consumers in each specific advertised country.
Must know how to effectively generate consumer awareness and brand adoption across the globe.
SKILLS
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, After Effects, Google Analytics, etc.
).
• Ability to add and upload content to global social media sites.
• Ability to set up online alerts and monitor online content concerning STAAR product.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to learn and be able to understand technology-based products and solutions.
• Ability to keep confidential and restricted information
Pay range: $100k - $130k Final compensation/salary will be depend on experience
