We provide you with a fridge, standing fan and room heater.
The common areas are the Kitchen, washer and dryer.
We have a large deck with panoramic views!

1st and last month's rent, 1
Month Deposit deposit is required for move in.

No Pets.
Utilities $150 includes Gas, water, trash, WiFi, electricity and washer and dryer access.
