They are VERY Aggressive, and are really only concerned with their commission, and Not whether you get the best deal.
They push and push to get you to sell, even with offers that are Not in your favor.
They just want to sell, collect their cut, and move on, as quickly as possible.
As opposed to our new realtor, that we used to buy another home, all because of this awful experience.
Our new realtor took their time, and Helped out on Every Level imaginable, and even a few that we could not have ever thought of ourselves.
We are sure that 1st Team will Deny all of this, and try to use their obviously, shall we say "Biased" reviews, to counter our Entire family's experience with them.
We are sure that their tactics work on most unsuspecting clients, and we feel sorry for them
