EVENING Care in SAN JUAN CAP, Female Hospice Care, 4:30pm to 8:30pm starting Monday, 3/25/24 and ongoing 5 days per week:* Female patient is on hospice, will require transfers from bed to wheelchair, she’s 104 year old, she needs a strong caregiver with hip fracture experience and transfers experience.
She will need light meal prep, companionship, and personal care like brief changes and getting dressed and undressed.
Her family is very nice and welcoming.
*Caregivers with the proper credentials, experienced, and ready to work are encouraged to apply.
*
Must have a HCA # or able to pass background and drug screen as we are a drug free company caring for a vulnerable senior population.
*Requirements, must have the following docs before applying:*
1.
Registered with the state with HCA and/or CNA
2.
Driver License and Auto Insurance
3.
Proof of work in U.
S.
(SS card, work permit, work visa, green card
4.
Proof of fully vaccinated
5.
1 year caregiving experience in assisted living, board & care, and home care
6.
TB yes or negative chest X-ray
