*Why Work At Children’s Bureau?* The position of *Child Activity Leader *will pay $19.
24/hour.
Additionally, the lifespan compensation range of this position is: $19.
24-$22.
60/hour.

*_ *Learn more about your job:* Under close supervision, the child activity leader provides age-appropriate care to children age’s two to twelve years who are participating in an agency program or whose parents/guardians are participating in an agency program.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Supervise children age’s two to twelve years assigned whose guardians are attending services at the Family Resource Center.
Assure the health and safety of children, remaining with children at all times and reporting any incidents that impact the health or safety of a child to supervisor.
Adhere to Covid safety policies and procedures implemented at the FRC to ensure all safety measures are followed.
* Set up and clean up designated activity areas.
* Provide age-appropriate enrichment activities as designated by program.
* Assist FRC staff with various activities as needed.
* In the event of an emergency, obtain appropriate help as directed.
* Assist FRC staff and volunteers as needed.
* Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and clients.
* Maintains positive communications with all agency staff, clients and visitors.
* Exercises good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities.
* Supports existing agency policies, principles and mission.
* Supports agency initiatives related to Trauma Informed, Resilience-Oriented Care (TIROC) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) * Other related duties as assigned.
*Job Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of childcare experience * Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment * Bilingual English\\Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.
