Toddler Montessori Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience - Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development - Utilize special education strategies to support students with diverse learning needs - Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive lessons - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions Requirements: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Knowledge of curriculum development and literacy education strategies - Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment - Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues - Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
