At Murrieta University you’ll find a unique class rotation that keeps all students involved and engaged through the whole day.
We also provide mentorship and training that is designed specifically for MU.
Responsibilities
* Giving staff their morning/ afternoon breaks, including lunch breaks
* Prepping and gathering daily snacks
* Dishes and laundry
* Additional support in classrooms when needed
* Stepping in a classroom when substitute is needed
* Creative mindset with a willingness to generate classroom and school charm
* Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, classroom management, and communication with children and families
* Responsible for the ordered arrangement, appearance, and décor of the classroom environment
* Sharing the joint housekeeping responsibilities of the staff
* Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the safety and care of every child, every day
* Changing and documenting diapers.
Qualifications
* Must have a great love and patience for children
* Must have 12 core ECE units
* Current CPR Certification (infant\\child)
* Current TB Test and Immunizations
* Fingerprint and background clearance
* Punctual and reliable
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Available to work full-time and flexible schedule
* Excellent communication skills
* Capable of maintaining classroom control and mediate between children
* Team player and initiate creative environment
* Experience in a licensed child care center or related field (but not required)
* Walking, squatting, bending, lifting up to 20lbs, kneeling, sitting through an 8hr work day.
