After-School Student Mentor (Mandarin/English Immersion)

*JOB DESCRIPTION* Strategic Kids After-School Student Mentors assist TK - 7th-grade students with homework, plan and implement fun activities for students to do when their homework is completed, and monitor students inside the classroom and outside on the playground/field during sports and recess.
*EXPERIENCE* Applicants must have experience working or volunteering with children, such as babysitting and helping in classrooms.
*FOCUS* ✓ The focus at the school is a Mandarin /English Immersion program.
✓ Speaking Mandarin is Preferred *WORK HOURS* M, T, Th, F: 2:00pm - 5:30pm/6:00pm & W: 1:00pm - 5:30pm/6:00pm *WORK LOCATION* TK - 7th grade Charter School in Irvine *HOURLY RATE* $20 per hour *REQUIREMENTS* ✓ Live scan fingerprinting (paid by Strategic Kids) ✓ i-9 Documents (example: passport or driver’s license & social security card) *SUMMER WORK* There are also various Strategic Kids job options during the summer!
