Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our team.
As a School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young students and fostering their intellectual and emotional growth.
You will create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including early childhood education, theater, and sports coaching
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children, such as in daycare, childcare, babysitting, or sports coaching
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles (if applicable)
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
