After School Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum - Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students - Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies - Use effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students - Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns Skills: - Babysitting or childcare experience to effectively manage and engage with young students - Knowledge or experience in Christian counseling to provide guidance and support to students - Background in early childhood education to understand the developmental needs of young learners - Theater skills to incorporate drama and creative expression into lessons - Strong behavior management skills to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment - Knowledge or experience in special education to support students with diverse learning needs - Tutoring skills to provide additional academic support to struggling students - Ability to educate and inspire students through innovative teaching methods - Sports coaching experience to lead physical education activities and promote healthy lifestyles Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
