Sportball needs coaches who are ready to work now! The average age of our participants is 2-9 years old.

*Job Description of a coach:*
- Must be reliable, professional and arrive to locations on time.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and truly enjoys working and playing with kids.
We look for coaches that have a fun energy and leadership capabilities, with a good presence and certain comfort level in front of large groups of kids.
-As a coach, you are similar to a performer on stage with your act being the sport you are teaching and your audience the children(and parents sometimes!) in your class.
- Lead sport instruction and P.

programs involving children from *age 2- 11 yrs.
old* in the South Bay and the surrounding communities.
- Keep children safe and occupied with fun activities that teach the fundamentals of *baseball, soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, tennis and golf.

- This is a part time position, most coaches average 10 - 12 hours per week when starting off and we can build on schedules and add locations as coaches gain experience.
- We have morning and afternoon programs.
Saturday and/or Sunday morning availability is a must!
-Coach schedules have some flexibility and we are able to work around college class schedules, but classes are set up in seasons and run usually once a week at a set time, so having consistent weekly availability on certain days at the designated class times is required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean background, as staff must undergo an FBI fingerprint check.
We have locations all over the South Bay (LA) and OC areas and do our best to keep coaches scheduled to locations in their area, but driving to different locations is part of the job.
Coaches are paid for training, their early arrival to locations as well as instruction time.
