Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? We are seeking Lead Coaches to work in the Lake Elsinore area across various elementary schools, leading engaging programs that focus on character development and structured activities.
*Shift Time:* Monday through Friday, 4 hour shift falls between 1:15 pm and 6:15 pm
*Responsibilities*:
* Emphasize character development, fitness, and nutrition to empower students to lead healthier lives.
* Lead large groups of students in activities, ensuring a solid understanding of the curriculum by the end of each session.
* Demonstrate complete control over assigned groups of students, ensuring student safety and behavior under supervision.
* Work closely with site coordinators, fellow coaches, and school leadership to ensure adherence to protocols and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions during activities.
* Be a role model to students by actively participating and engaging with them throughout activities, promoting positive values and behaviors.
* Work across multiple schools in the assigned region, influencing and inspiring a broad range of students.
*Qualifications:*
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.
* Previous knowledge of various sports activities.
* Previous experience in education, coaching, or child development is strongly preferred.
*Requirements:*
* Must pass LiveScan fingerprinting background check
* Must clear TB Test
